Behind The Scenes Part I

“You will not believe me, but I was inspired by those miserable days and nights in winter when you don’t want to go outside…I just thought about, if you have to go outside, how are you going to
do it so you look good but keep warm. No matter where you are—a party, a friend’s house,
or back outside where it’s cold—I wanted it to be easy to adjust from that cold, awful weather
to being inside and looking great the whole time.” – Isabel Marant

i think the layering is really chic and i like all the cream outfits. ha. all of them. that´s my favorite color, hands down.
Love the clean looks of the models and the fact that they’re almost not wearing any make-up. It really makes a difference if you use mascara or not and in this case all attention went to the skin, foundation/base!

It’s always nice to hear a designer explain where the inspiration for their collections came from. :)

Makes sense, the simplicity is justified more. Winter is about enchanting but minimalist beauty. That’s what this collections says to me. The winter whites, the suede, etc.
